Entrepreneurs and startups of the future came together at the Grósku idea house for a presentation of the Golden Egg, the largest entrepreneurial competition in Iceland, recently. The presentation took place in the walkway of the building where the musician and rapper Daniil, who was named Rookie of the Year 2023 at the Listener Awards, thrilled the crowd.

800 interested university students flocked to Grósku to learn about the Golden Egg and the activities of its main sponsors, while impressive booths filled the walkway. KLAK – Icelandic Startups, in collaboration with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee of the University of Iceland, held this largest science trip here in the country to introduce the Golden Egg 2024. It was the director of KLAK, Ásta Sóllilja Guðmundsdóttir, who opened the event this year in front of a full festive hall at Grósku.
