We are very sorry if anything goes wrong, however, Gróðurhúsið ehf. cannot be legally responsible for occurrences such as power outages or internet failure, although we will do whatever we can to help you sort out the situation.

When you leave, make sure that the space is in the same (or better!) condition as when you arrived.

You are responsible for your personal posessions and need to make sure that you don't leave anything behind in the Greenhouse when you leave, except it is A) in your private office, B) on your designated desk, or C) in your locker. If you do not comply with these rules, your things will be brought to Lost & found and eventually recycled.

Events are great - until they aren't. You are responsible of notifying us in advance before hosting an event at the Greenhouse.

Access permissions. If we have provided you with digital keys to enter the building and/or the Greenhouse, this access is for you personally - not your children, family members, partners or guests. Keep your acess private and remember you are responsible for any guest you let into the premises.

Communication is key. You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you lose your access code or if any changes are made to your contact and payment information. You are also responsible for reading emails we send you with information regarding changes to our services, fees and other updates.

Make the space your own! Adjust it as you like - we love it. Just remember that you need to deliver the space as it was when you received it, and will be responsbible for all repair or replacement costs if needed after you move out.

Two's a party, three's a family reunion. If the number of members or other guests using your private office on a regular basis exceeds the number included in your contract, additional charges will apply. Whatever the case may be, under no circumstances are you allowed to let the number of users/guests exceed double the number of desks in your office.
